Hi, I'm Hasan — a Senior Software Engineer at Flipp building products that help millions of shoppers find the best deals across North America.

By day I'm deep in distributed systems and backend engineering. By every other waking moment I'm chasing the next summit, wave, or mountain slope. I've skied powder at Snowbird, Banff, and resorts across Colorado, scuba dived coral reefs in the Caribbean and spotted sharks, cave dived, skydived, ice climbed frozen waterfalls, leapt off cliffs into lakes, hiked the sand dunes of Death Valley and the frozen methane lakes of Banff, stood under Delicate Arch in Utah, trekked the cliffs of Iceland and Santorini, and logged thousands of kilometres on two wheels.

Tennis is another big part of my life — I play regularly and also volunteer as a Transportation Captain at the National Bank Open, Tennis Canada's premier ATP/WTA Masters event, where I manage player & VIP logistics during tournament week.
